Who we are
We work across three Texas markets: Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston. We price from closed sales, negotiate for our clients and keep every file organized from the first conversation to the closing table.
Travis West is our team lead. Agents on the team are sponsored by our broker, Sky Wealth Real Estate LLC.

Your clients follow their transaction in a TC West client portal: the timeline, their documents, your updates, the homes they've saved and, after closing, their closing report.
Home search on our site
An Austin-area home search on tcwestrealty.com, with Unlock MLS listings. Clients save homes and searches straight into their portal, and you can set up searches for them.
Forms and offers
A library of Texas Real Estate Commission contracts and addenda, and an offer writer that fills in the contract from the property's details for you to review.
Training
The Huddle, our team training: short videos and walkthroughs of our tools and how we work. Plus the Learning Library, short videos on buying, selling and leasing in Texas you can send your clients.
A transaction coordinator
Our transaction coordinator works alongside you on your files, from contract to close.
Home value reports
Home value reports and rent estimates built from closed sales for your sellers and landlords, reviewed by you before they go out.
Your own page
Your own agent page on tcwestrealty.com, set up through a private onboarding page that walks you through your profile and sign-ins.
